Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our children! The location was perfect, just a short subway ride away from all the sights we wanted to see, including Times Square. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with mattresses that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the city from our room. a wonderful experience!

The only downside was that the storage in the room was a bit limited, but it was not a major issue.

The location was perfect, being close to everything we wanted to explore during our Christmas vacation. We were just a short walk away from Times Square, which made it convenient for us to experience the holiday festivities. Additionally, there was a delicious pizza place right next to the hotel that we frequented almost every night - the perfect way to end our days of exploring.

The beds were just average for the price we paid for our 3-night stay, although they were still comfortable enough. the view from our room was also disappointing, as we didn't have much to look at.

The hotel suffers from noise issues, with guests on higher floors often disturbed by the rooftop pool club.

We had an amazing stay here. We were so close to a night club that we were able to walk there, or take the subway from the nearby station. The front desk area was very spacious and accommodating. The room had so many amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, turndown service, a terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome.
